I rush in to see them tonight as my dog had been limping over the weekend and today was vomiting and lethargic. I was seen by the vet nurse in the waiting room she checked her vitals and said she was not too concerned and I will be seen after the consulting room is free and the second vet is assisting with an ultrasound. One and a half hours later and many other clients that have come and gone that were not emergencies I still was not see and when I ask if they thought her vitals were stable enough not to be seen yet and should I go home, the answer was that they were busy at the back of house and they would get to me, if I want to go it's my choice. No compassion no empathy, they lied to me about when I was to be seen and have no duty of care to my dog which I feel they neglected.
