The visit we had with our cat left a bad taste in my mouth unfortunately.
Not sure but specialist shouldn't be part of your name if you can't even handle a unsociable cat.
Disappointed and out of pocket. You didn't even try to help. Customer service is also something you should teach some of your staff. Not coming back sorry.
