The OEM Culligan EZ-4 filter restricts water flow to dispenser by the sink, at least this has been my previous experience, but this one is discharging much more flow from filtering, which suggests to me that it isn’t quite as effective for filtration. OTOH cost is less than 50% of a Culligan brand so you do get some decent water out of it.
