“The ordering process was straightforward and clear. However, the order acknowledgement/receipt did not identify what I had purchased, what I paid for it, and if and how I could track the shipment. These are all important elements of online sales. Eventually I was able to reach a representative who informed me that the package was out for delivery that day, thus revealing that you had access to that information. Sure enough the package was delivered later that day in excellent condition, although I have no idea who delivered it.
Then the frequent requests for a review began, even before I had opened the box, much less actually installed one of the filters. That was easy, BTW.
This would be a 5 star review if the above annoyances had not occurred.”
“We ordered waterfilters on 7 Novemger. You promptly filled and shipped our order via FedEx. unfortunately, as of Monday Dec 2 FedEx still had not managed to deliver the order. When tracking it the history showed it left Troutdale Oregon on Nov 20 enroute to Central Point. We checked PO before leaving town on the 2nd of December and they still had not received it. We are hoping it will be there when we return on Friday Dec 6. FedEx was less than helpful when I attempted to track the package. All I could learn that it had left Troutdale on Nov 20 enroute to Central Point. It should not take that long to travel 284 miles. I am not disatisfied with your service but only wanted to let you know regarding the inability of FedEx to deliver in a timely manner.”

I have never received my water filter at all. That’s the reason why I’m trying to email and reach out to you all to send me a replacement to re-issue a another water filter in the place of the one that I’ve ordered and if you can, please send a another extra water filter along with the replacement Water filter request to send out thank you”
