They are totally disorganized in handling an ol-line order and more specifically processing a refund.
After a week of back and forth emails I was told to return the items on Mar 17, 2024. The items were returned on Mar 18, 2024 via UPS. I was then told my refund would be made withing 5 business days. As of April 2, 2024 no refund has been received. I have contacted PAyPal to held assist in this matter and hopefully I will see the refund one of these days.”

“Stick to the companies you know. I used their online filter finder and the filter they sent didn’t fit. When I asked for them to make it right, they charged me for return shipping and kept my product. They literally made double profit off from my purchase.”
