Water tastes just like tap water. I replaced my old filter that had been in my fridge for over 1 year, and it tastes better than the new water coming out of this. Will be returning.

Even though I matched the model number on the fridge, the filter is not the same as the one I took out. It only goes in part way and now it is stuck and I can’t get it out.

This is the worst on-line company I have ever dealt with. They are totally disorganized in handling an ol-line order and more specifically processing a refund. After a week of back and forth emails I was told to return the items on Mar 17, 2024. The items were returned on Mar 18, 2024 via UPS. I was then told my refund would be made withing 5 business days. As of April 2, 2024 no refund has been received. I have contacted PAyPal to held assist in this matter and hopefully I will see the refund one of these days.

I bought it for my LG fridge because it said it was a replacement for the LT 100P. It doesn’t fit. The head is a different design than the original LG filter. Disappointed.

very,very strong metalic taste. left the filter installed for 3 weeks just to make sure it was not the local water company. gave up, took it out and threw it away, next time I will not try to save money and buy the brand name filter carl h

Stick to the companies you know. I used their online filter finder and the filter they sent didn’t fit. When I asked for them to make it right, they charged me for return shipping and kept my product. They literally made double profit off from my purchase.

Doesn't seem to eliminate hard water spots on my blue hulled boat. Have used twice without seeing the benefit.
