“The ordering process was straightforward and clear. However, the order acknowledgement/receipt did not identify what I had purchased, what I paid for it, and if and how I could track the shipment. These are all important elements of online sales. Eventually I was able to reach a representative who informed me that the package was out for delivery that day, thus revealing that you had access to that information. Sure enough the package was delivered later that day in excellent condition, although I have no idea who delivered it.
Then the frequent requests for a review began, even before I had opened the box, much less actually installed one of the filters. That was easy, BTW.
This would be a 5 star review if the above annoyances had not occurred.”
“Have only used just a short time, however these do seam to last longer and work well in my pur pitcher. The price was cheaper than the pur brand as well. After 3 weeks of use in my coffee pot it still doesn't need cleaning that is a big plus. So far so good.”

“I have been using the 4 black filters and 4 flouride filters for a few weeks now. The taste of the water is good, which I appreciate. However, it seems that the water filters much faster than the original Black Berkey's. I'm not sure if that's because the walls of the black filters are thinner, or if the top of the filter, which is different allows more water through. Since I don't have a way to test the content of the water, I can't say. I hope these last well. I did make this comment in an email to the company, but have never received a reply...”
“Seems like it works good for cleaner water although I hoped it would help more on getting rid of water spots when I rinsed my car but not so much and that's ok”
“The filter is great! Shipment was a bit slower than expected and I never got a confirmation email about it shipping, only order confirmation. I checked the order on the website a few days later and found a the link for the tracking number, but it didn’t work. When I emailed customer service asking about the link and shipping they responded with a new tracking number but also unsolicited advice to be “more patient”! It was a bit odd, since I was perfectly straight forward in my request for shipping information, and used no words of being mad or upset (because I wasn’t), yet the customer service person seemed to think I was being impatient? lol! Anyway it arrived a day or so later and I am happy with the product and glad I could get it at a lower price and equivalent quality to Berkey. Next time it would just be great to get an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping email with a tracking number link that actually works, sans advice!”
