“The filters for and work as well as the originals. When I installed the first one, I checked the TDS with the meter, and the readings were, the same as Zero water, 0.00 tds. I am now trying to determine the length of time between filter changes, and it appears it is the same as Zero water.”

“Huge disappointment- I ordered the 3 pack for our new fridge, it arrived in time, turns out it was the wrong one, as the filters were changed. When I called to explain that they did not fit and I needed the correct ones, the CSR explained they do not have any, keep the wrong ones, and they credited our account. How sad. No CS support at all. Very disappointed. Took me another month to find a place that carried our filters. How sad! When I tried to call back and speak with a manager, I kept getting a run around, took my name and number three times and I am still waiting for a return call. So sorry we purchased this brand!!”
