I am dissatisfied with your return policies. I had to pay for my return and tracking and continuing lack of return communications.

Item came in as ordered but it does not work as it should. Filter replacement stays on after replacement. Does not work with my refrigerator.

Never got a receipt /confirmation/tracking despite calling and asking for one, that said, they were shipped in a timely manner.

My kitchen floor is soaked when they leaked. Question is whether it is a filter flaw or a Samsung refrigerator flaw.

While the site said it was compatible with my Kenmore refrigerator (and I ordered six of them), it wasn’t. Since there was no identifying paperwork in the order, I ended up donating them to an appliance repair business. I ended up driving 100 miles to a Home Depot with my old filter in hand, and bought a match there. No more online orders for me!

The filters were the right size but the stream of water was so slow. The water barely came out. I've ordered these filters before and this never happened.

Shipping from order date to delivery date was 4 weeks while website states 5-7 business days. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to see "made in China" printed on the box. Had I known the filters was made in China, I would not have purchased them. The original Berkey filters are "made in USA" and I'm willing to pay more for that component.

The lifetime of the filters depends on 2 aspects: the elapsed time and the amount of water filtered. If one of the two limit has been reached, the corresponding filter will need to be replaced. Please note that due to the large difference of water condition in different areas, the actual lifetime of the filters may vary slightly and the actual situation shall prevail. The directions are incomplete and confusing. You have to turn the water to thr fridge OFF before replacing the filter?? Where is the valve to do that?

To: Whom it may concern, I’d did not get the quality, with these filters that I purchased. And I purchased these before hand and I now just opened one up, to charge it and it’s like paper cheap and I am very dissatisfied. I purchased other items from here and I don’t know, if I will anymore after this!!! Thank you for attention in this matter!!

I placed an order for replacement filters and received an email stating that you would let me know when it shipped. When it had been over 2 weeks with no further notice, I contacted customer service. They replied in agreement that the order had not been filled and they would resend the order. I then heard that the filter was out of stock. I was given a credit (otherwise your review would have been lower). However, I should have been notified that the item was out of stock in a day or two, not weeks later after I had to contact you.

I purged the filters with clean water as directed and when I filled the canister and drank some of the filtered water only to find it had a somewhat petroleum taste so I tempted the water and filled it again and it gradually disipated. What would cause that taste? They also seem to distill the water faster than the Berky filters. The jury is still out in my book on your filters.
