Shipping from order date to delivery date was 4 weeks while website states 5-7 business days.
Upon arrival, I was disappointed to see "made in China" printed on the box. Had I known the filters was made in China, I would not have purchased them. The original Berkey filters are "made in USA" and I'm willing to pay more for that component.
