I placed an order for replacement filters and received an email stating that you would let me know when it shipped. When it had been over 2 weeks with no further notice, I contacted customer service. They replied in agreement that the order had not been filled and they would resend the order. I then heard that the filter was out of stock. I was given a credit (otherwise your review would have been lower). However, I should have been notified that the item was out of stock in a day or two, not weeks later after I had to contact you.
