The filter is great! Shipment was a bit slower than expected and I never got a confirmation email about it shipping, only order confirmation. I checked the order on the website a few days later and found a the link for the tracking number, but it didn’t work. When I emailed customer service asking about the link and shipping they responded with a new tracking number but also unsolicited advice to be “more patient”! It was a bit odd, since I was perfectly straight forward in my request for shipping information, and used no words of being mad or upset (because I wasn’t), yet the customer service person seemed to think I was being impatient? lol! Anyway it arrived a day or so later and I am happy with the product and glad I could get it at a lower price and equivalent quality to Berkey. Next time it would just be great to get an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping email with a tracking number link that actually works, sans advice!
