Stick to the companies you know. I used their online filter finder and the filter they sent didn’t fit. When I asked for them to make it right, they charged me for return shipping and kept my product. They literally made double profit off from my purchase.

Doesn't seem to eliminate hard water spots on my blue hulled boat. Have used twice without seeing the benefit.

I am going to return them because they will not tighten in my LG refrigerator. They do not fit.

They leaked water all over my floor. Made my ice maker quit working and had to call the appliance repairman. Learned an expensive lesson.

I purchased four filters to fit into my Berkey. The website claimed they were the Aquacrest-BB9 filters, which I've purchased before and have been very happy with. Unfortunately, it looks like they're not Aquacrest brand - they don't say "Aquacrest" anywhere on the packaging and the taste of the water is bad. I've purchased a few off-brand filters in the past ten years and these are by far the worst. I can't recommend them at all. They make my well water taste like a chemical soup. I tried reaching out to water-filter.com customer service and was ignored. Sadly, they're not shipping the product they're claiming to sell.

It caused a huge flood and was not the appropriate fit. It was advertised to be compatible with Samsung when it is not.

Water filter itself is fine, but I tried opting out of the dozens of marketing emails I'm getting and can't--the unsubscribe link is broken--so unless you want to get promotional emails for the rest of your life telling you you need a four pack of charcoal-lined fridge filters, I'd recommend not ordering from here.

I never received the product. It was sent to Columbus, Ohio instead of Columbus, Indiana. The lady who received it called, took it back to FedEx, FedEx contacted me and said they could not forward it. So, I assume it went back to you. Please call, 314-630-3114.

Received wrong fifters ànd the customer service representative argued that they were the right one even after sending photos no help at All will not recommend this company

Only 1 of the filters worked.One tasted like clorine.The other one cracked. The first time we ordered these they were all good.
