“I will be much more careful when ordering replacement water filters for our fridge in the future.. I will not try and get a so called compatible filter again. I thought I was careful to get a filter that would fit.. it did not. So I’m not sure how to return it... I’m out the money it cost. Very disappointed.”

“This was the wrong filter even though you are selling it as if it is. The filter did not fit and it broke my new fridge. I had to call the person put to fix it. Thank goodness it is under warranty. I tried to get on the web site so I could work on getting my money back. I wrote you all an email and I got no response.
