It doesn't take any impurities or metals or minerals out of the water I have water spots all over the place doesn't even make a difference whether I use it or not not very happy

The filters don't do anything. The water tastes the same way it does straight out of the faucet. Worst product ever.

I will be much more careful when ordering replacement water filters for our fridge in the future.. I will not try and get a so called compatible filter again. I thought I was careful to get a filter that would fit.. it did not. So I’m not sure how to return it... I’m out the money it cost. Very disappointed.

This was the wrong filter even though you are selling it as if it is. The filter did not fit and it broke my new fridge. I had to call the person put to fix it. Thank goodness it is under warranty. I tried to get on the web site so I could work on getting my money back. I wrote you all an email and I got no response. I wasted 60.00 for the price of 5he filters plus the time I had to take off work so my fridge could get fixed. I am very disappointed and will never purchase from this company again!

First filter hardly gave me 5 gallons of water and then water stopped pouring. I have to replace with second and now second is pouring at very low pressure. And it’s hardly 5-6 gallons after second filter. Totally wasted money.

These filters arrived with no return address so I couldn't be sure they were from Water-Filter, but they later confirmed they were. But no labels or sizes displayed on the obviously 'made in China' product.

I contacted customer service before I order to see if filter was 20 Microns what I received was 5 µm in order to return I would have to pay postage I’m not satisfied with your customer service

On your site you called it a Berkey. This is VERY MISSLEAD. IT IS NOT A BERKEY AND CAME WITH DEFECTS. I SENT IT BACK THREE WEEKS AGO AND YOU STILL HAVE NOT REFUND MY MONEY. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
