Customer service is horrible. I called to cancel my order before it shipped and they refused. Spent 30 minutes through the call center waiting line and only to be told I had to call back once I received the product (with no reason why they could not give me the return info now). I asked for a direct call back number so I did not have to wait through the call center again. The number they gave me routed me to the wrong call center and still waiting 30 minutes now. Still waiting. Looking to charge back due to not being able to get through

Huge disappointment- I ordered the 3 pack for our new fridge, it arrived in time, turns out it was the wrong one, as the filters were changed. When I called to explain that they did not fit and I needed the correct ones, the CSR explained they do not have any, keep the wrong ones, and they credited our account. How sad. No CS support at all. Very disappointed. Took me another month to find a place that carried our filters. How sad! When I tried to call back and speak with a manager, I kept getting a run around, took my name and number three times and I am still waiting for a return call. So sorry we purchased this brand!!

I have been trying to get in touch with customer service for a week now. They asked for my order number 209050498911007 The filter you sent do not fit my LG leaking. The nipple inside the top is different than the filter you sent me in my last order. I need a return label so I can return these they do not fit . I purchased the filters because it was implied by other reviews that they were just like the Berkey filters. I received them and they clearly are not of the same quality. I am returning them, but am told I have to pay for shipping. Deceptive practices for sure. Would not recommend this company.

Received the filters in the mail. Everything looks exactly the same as the OEM filters that I use with my LG refrigerator. Tried to install the first one and would not seat correctly. Tried several times, went online and viewed several videos to make sure I was not incorrectly attempting to install the filter. Looked closer at the nozzle on the LG filter and the Ecolife filter and they are completely different. I cannot use any of the filters I received as I looked at a second filter and they are all different from the OEM.

Doesn’t work the way you market the product. It leaves water spots even thought it’s supposed to remove them. When I returned the product I only got half refund “because of your policy”. Terrible product and even worse customer service and company. Will never buy or recommend.

The lifetime of the filters depends on 2 aspects: the elapsed time and the amount of water filtered. If one of the two limit has been reached, the corresponding filter will need to be replaced. Please note that due to the large difference of water condition in different areas, the actual lifetime of the filters may vary slightly and the actual situation shall prevail. I opted out from rviews and marked the sender as spam. But they keep bothering me. A filter is a filter, none better than another. The seller is the issue. This one is awful.

You are taking two weeks to send my order for a filter. This is not acceptable when most orders are filled in a day or two and never two weeks for a simple item.

The filter worked well for a little while but now I cannot get the water dispenser to work. I think the water filter is clogged. I removed the water filter, put in a stopper and the water dispenser worked. Can you send me another filter?
