“I purchased four filters to fit into my Berkey. The website claimed they were the Aquacrest-BB9 filters, which I've purchased before and have been very happy with. Unfortunately, it looks like they're not Aquacrest brand - they don't say "Aquacrest" anywhere on the packaging and the taste of the water is bad. I've purchased a few off-brand filters in the past ten years and these are by far the worst. I can't recommend them at all. They make my well water taste like a chemical soup.
I tried reaching out to water-filter.com customer service and was ignored. Sadly, they're not shipping the product they're claiming to sell.”

“Customer service is horrible. I called to cancel my order before it shipped and they refused. Spent 30 minutes through the call center waiting line and only to be told I had to call back once I received the product (with no reason why they could not give me the return info now). I asked for a direct call back number so I did not have to wait through the call center again. The number they gave me routed me to the wrong call center and still waiting 30 minutes now.
