I purchased the WaterDrip a few weeks ago and have been very happy with it. I am a fussy water resin and this water tastes perfect. No smells or funny tastes at all. Just clean, refreshing, healthy water. We get storms and power outages, so I feel confident that no matter what Mother Nature throws our way, there will always be healthy, clear water. When I first assembled the canister and spigot, it leaked. Customer service sent me a new spigot, which arrived in a few days, and now it’s perfect! Thank you for a great product and excellent customer service (not something you find nowadays).
