I purchased water filters for my Lg refrigerator recently. I had not received them when they were supposed to be in. I called and spoke to an advisor. He quickly found out they were back ordered. He found the filters shortly after and sent them. I also received the carbon air filters that I did not even know I was getting. I was very happy with the product and service.
