I found the website easily navigated and found my desired product instantly. I love the way the water tastes. The only issue I had was receiving the product, the original shipment was lost somewhere out there, upon which time I inquired with customer service and another shipment rapidly arrived. Much to our del8ght the original shipment arrived about 9 days after the replacement shipment was received.
