My last purchased CF filter only lasts 4 months when the red alert appeared although the declared life time of the CF fitler is 6 months. The water is from city and not contaminated and clean enough.
The original CF filters last the whole 6 months but the one purchased from your company website only lasts 4 month. That's the reason I bought this one. Hope it can last as described.
