I recently purchased a Waterdrop K19 countertop reverse osmosis system, and I’ve been experiencing an ongoing issue where water leaks or mixes into the tap-water (feed) area during filtration. I’ve been very careful to follow all setup and maintenance steps, but the problem persists.
Because this seems to be a product defect rather than a setup issue, I would like to kindly request that you cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return label. The K19 is quite heavy, and I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this under your warranty or product quality policy.
I want to mention that I truly appreciate Waterdrop products — I plan to purchase the C1S countertop RO system once my refund is processed, as it appears better suited to avoid this particular leakage issue.
