“The quality and taste of water from this filter is good. This filter is used only for drinking water and what I don't like is that this filter flushes more often than I use it, probably reducing the life of the filters.”

I live in a city with very hard water, I change the filter every 3-4 months, so a bit pricey, but worth it. It takes up minimal room by the sink. No more water pitchers taking up room in the fridge. “I'm a pianist and in my teaching studio I have two pianos. Living in Calgary, where it's very dry, you need to have humidifiers running at all times to make sure your pianos don't dry up and become firewood. There is So much calcium in our water that my humidifiers would leave a calcium residue on everything in my studio. Reverse osmosis systems take all of those nasty minerals out of the water! “Product is fine, pricing is fine as well, however they leave you in the dark when it comes to shipping and when I received the shipment, I was under the impression that there was a filter missing, and that turned out not to be the case.
The issue is that one of the filters comes from China instead of out of their warehouse, but you don't know this until you reach out to them or call them. So when you receive a box with only 3 filters in it instead of 4, you assume that they short shipped.”
