“The installation is often the thing that homeowners fear. With this product, the most challenging part was drilling the hole where the mini-faucet had to go. I didn't have the right hole-drill size so I had to buy one, but with that in hand, the installation was very easy. The filter seems to be working well, but only testing can determine if it's doing all that it is supposed to do. That said, the taste and clarity are both excellent. Now I'll see how long the filter lasts. That will determine if there is a payback vs buying bottled water, although it is definitely more convenient with the under-sink filter.”

“We have recently added the mineralization filter to our system and it appears to beworking fine.... We also added a presure tank to facilitate the water supply and ice machine on the other side of the kitchen. I was confused with the actual placement of the pressure tank from the tiny instruction sheet that accamanied it. I put the T after all the filters and just under the sink tap and over to the pressure tank to the fridge. This position insured that only fully filtered water entered the pressure tank. It works fine and increased the pressure at the watertap as well. We love our waterdrop system and thank you for asking .... Don and Madelaine”
