“I love my Waterdrop filter. I used to use a counter top filtration system where I had to connect an extra piece to the faucet. It worked, but it was cumbersom. This goes right under the sink and connects to the cold water line and no mess on my counter by the sink. I love that fact that this filter lasts a long time before I have to change it again. I highly recommend it. Ease of shipping in Canada was a huge bonus for me. I no longer have to worry about paying duties for filters from the U.S.”

“It seems that faucet mode is designed to intentionally leak water, and the support team has confirmed this is the intended behavior. I believe this is a design flaw that should be considered a defect. A feature that allows water to leak seems counterintuitive and wasteful.”
