We pick our water from the lake. It's already pre-filtered and UV'ed from the main water entry. The water is always a bit tinted and as a taste from the main water supply. With the X12 the water is crystal clear and without taste. The quality is actually awesome and much more than what I was expecting. Definitely pleased with our choice!”

“Really like this filter so far, it's only been 2 days but everything is working fine. We found the filtration unit very heavy and awkward to lift and move it could really use a couple of grip indentations or a handle to make it easier to move around.”

“I use a carbonation for water and could stand the smell of chlorine coming from the bubbles, I didn't know what to do, so I stopped using my carbonation and started buying sparkling water in a can. Then I found water drop filter system that attached directly to my water facet in the kitchen. The system is super easy to install. It doesn't leak and the water is amazing...so much so that I bought a shower system to keep chlorine and other nasties from my hair and skin. My hair was so soft and shampooed so fast it was like having a water softening system with out the hassle.
