“I paid but they never shipped the order. The company ignored my multiple emails and phone calls. I disputed the charge on my credit card and was refunded. Awful customer service.”

“I had used the undersink UF filters for years. They used to be good and seemed to last (normally over a year). But the one I bought recently lasted just for a month and it's now slow to a dribble. I checked the water pressure from the feed line and pressure was normal, looks like the quality of the filter is no longer there.”
