“It seems that faucet mode is designed to intentionally leak water, and the support team has confirmed this is the intended behavior. I believe this is a design flaw that should be considered a defect. A feature that allows water to leak seems counterintuitive and wasteful.”
“The water dispenser is not working properly while dispensing the water scatters around the glass moreover the touch on and off takes the time to stop or start the water dispenser. I would like to change the product if it’s possible”
“The design is very nice, the RO system is in a small-factor form. However, the TDS fluctuates between 5 to 15, not sure if the RO main membrane filter (WD-G3-N2RO) was defective Also the 400GPD water flow was much slower than expected”
“Unfortunately, the description was not clear that it would filter the salts, which is the purpose I was buying the filters for. It is expensive to rebuy them with the version that filters them.”
