Product is fine, pricing is fine as well, however they leave you in the dark when it comes to shipping and when I received the shipment, I was under the impression that there was a filter missing, and that turned out not to be the case.
The issue is that one of the filters comes from China instead of out of their warehouse, but you don't know this until you reach out to them or call them. So when you receive a box with only 3 filters in it instead of 4, you assume that they short shipped.
