I bough recently Waterdrop Reverse Osmosis unit and UV filter. There was a shipment problem, however, their customer service representative (Harper) resolved the issue very fast, appologizing for a delay caused by stock shortage. Harper's dedication to customer satisfaction was outstanding, well above my expectations. I wish that all companies treat their clients the same way the Waterdrop do it.
