The product was easy to install and it appears to do what it claims to do. Although I have not had my water tested since installing it does taste much better. However, after installing the system I went to order replacement filters and they were out of stock. I havent heard back from your company in 3 weeks about the status of the filters. Poor after purchase service. I trust that this will not be an ongoing issue and that someone will be in contact soon and that this will not be a problem in the future.
