I use the waterdrop filters on my kitchen sink, and would not drink the water otherwise. The filters are easy to install and change out. These filters last longer (300 gal)than the one on my refrigerator(200 gal).
So I switch off between using the two sources. The water pipes where I am are from the 1980's,so there is an accumulation of reddish rust in the tap water. These Waterdrop filters remove that mess so I can use the water for drinking,cooking,etc.
