I like the Waterdrop pitcher I bought through Amazon. However, because no filters were available to order extras, I did order through Waterdrop. I am frustrated because I have not received those filters that I have already paid for. The order went in several weeks ago. If I gotten them in a timely manner, I would have given 4 stars. I am still using the original filter.
