Very disappointed with product and service! It does last 5x longer than other products. I need to change the filter every 3 weeks and we only filter about 20 gallons a week. Ordered replacement filters over 10 days ago and they still have not shipped. Customer service has not explained why or helped resolved the issue, just said tp be patient and wait another 7 days or so. Would not recommend.
