I emailed Waterdrop...twice...with a problem I had trying to install their water filter....the short story is that the 1st filter installed easily....the 2nd filter that I purchased at the same time as the 1st filter...would not twist into place.. (I reinstalled the 1st filter...until I could purchase another replacement.)...the 3rd filter would...also...not twist into place....even when using a plumbing silicon lubricant...the company never responded to my request for assistance..or..a refund
