Packaging was substandard. Taped together and smashed on ends. One of the three filters was not even sealed in the bubble wrap. I’m wondering if it was used.? Won’t be able to tell until I install in 6 months. The other two filters looked fine. Not the quality I’ve come to expect from Waterdrop.
