I love the pitcher so that is good. my only issue was with slow customer service and ship times. I live one state away from where the item was being shipped from.. Once fed ex actually got the package they got it to me in one day... The problem was your staff at your warehouse didnt tender the package to fedex for like 4 days. It took 5-6 days for me to get an item that should have taken 1.
