I haven't received one of my filters as it was shipped from a third party. I was told to contact Amazon which I did and they were not able to verify the order. I'm missing filter RO which is the most expensive out of the three filters. Third party sent me CF filter instead of RO. I've been calling Waterdrop only to leave a message and I haven't received a call back.
