The shipping is extremely slow with Fedex, I wish they used USPS whose shipping is actually reliable. Our water dispenser turned yellow and we ordered water filters the same day. It’s been 2 weeks, still no water filters, and now our dispenser is red and beeps at us when we get water. And we have no idea when our filters are going to get here since they’ve been sitting in Sacramento for a week. I got this review sent to me a week ago so I guess I’m filling it out when we haven’t even received the item, shrug.
