I am very pleased with the Waterdrop Ultrafiltration Under Sink Water Filter System. The installation and set up was fairly quick and the unit works very well. One improvement though - the 3/8 in. inlet pipe was 'fixed' (not detachable) from the 'valve assembly' that came with the unit. The assembly was not needed and since I already had a 3/8 in valve that had been installed for an older water filter (which is actually a pretty common situation). I either needed to cut the 3/8 in. pipe and purchase additional compression fittings, or purchase a compression plug for the 'faucet port' on the 'valve assembly' in order to install your unit. I plugged the faucet port. I suggest you should include a plug for the faucet port to handle situations like mine .
