It took 3 different vigorous shakings to get the filter materials loose enough for the water to flow through! Question - is the blue light on top supposed to remain lit or just turn on and then off? I pressed it as instructed and it went on - but then turned off right away. The water tastes fine but the pitcher is extremely heavy - a real shocker!
