I love the quality and convenience of the water and appreciate that I no longer have to purchase water in plastic bottles.
The only issue I had was when I went to change the CT filter. It became jammed and there was no way it could be removed. I had to purchase an entirely new system and because I already had backup replacement filters I got the same system. I hope 12 months from now I don't run into the same issue.
