I paid express shipping fee when I placed order since my home was doing upgrade; but I only received one filter via Fedex and tried to contact customer service many times.
Each time I was informed that the machine was delivered but I only received one filter and Waterdrop refused to resend or refund to me
For Now, I dont know how to deal with no machine at all but paid
Totally Frustrated.
