I like the N1 unit but it has some issues. First the first unit we received was defective. Waterdrop agreed to replace it of course but it was a slow back and forth and a bit frustrating. We are very happy with the new one except the flow of water is quite slow and the tank is a bit of a pain to clean. It’s been a week a d a half and if really needs to be cleaned weekly. Overall worth the money but would choose the under sink unit if we had the option.
