We absolutely love our Waterdrop system. I feel confident that the filters are removing the city water impurities. YOU CAN TASTE THE DIFFERENCE. The warning light came on to notify us of the CF needing replacement-especially helpful to keep our drinking water supply at its best. (No customer service help has been needed so far.)
