I bought the pitcher filter. It worked great until I bought replacement filters on amazon... 2 of the 3 lasted only a day, when I contacted the company they sent replacements. My next order was from their website not amazon. So far so good. I recommend this pitcher over other pitcher filters because it filters out arsenic, which I found our tap water has at https://www.ewg.org/tapwater/
