Worth its weight in gold in my opinion. I am on city water Pre-Installation tap water tested TDS at 220ppm Filtered water Water from refrigerator tested TDS at 180ppm. After installation RO water tested TDS at 35ppm. This I find incredible. My granddaughter installed it for me in about 1 1/2 hours. If I could afford another unit I would buy one for her house. She loves the taste of my new RO water
