So far, so good... I found the Waterdrop was fairly easy to install. Although, once the tubes were in the system I'd be hesitant to try and get them out. Best to get the piping sorted the first time. We purchased the system as our water in Nevada is hard and we wanted cleaner water for consumption. In our house the kettle is used quite often, and scaling happened daily. We cleaned the kettle biweekly with vinegar. It's been over a month with waterdrop and we haven't needed to clean the kettle at all. It has certainly prevented any scaling and the taste is noticeable. I would recommend it.
