I am happy with the water quality. The design of the pitcher is so easy to use and maintain. The only problem is if u keep the water too long in the pitcher, the bottom of the pitcher turns green, like formation of algae, thats why I check the pitcher, if it happens, I wash the whole pitcher. I can send a picture if you want.
