The unit worked great for a few days. I was really enjoying it until a leak started. I'm glad that it had an alarm otherwise I wouldn't have caught it before damage to my cabinets occurred. It was frustrating especially for the amount that i spent on the unit, but the customer service provided was what kept this from being a 2 star review. I look forward to getting my new unit and having fresh clean water to drink again.
