I purchased the waterdrop RO system in April of 2023 for a second home that is not used frequently. Every time I tried to use it, it was flashing red indicating I needed a filter change so I changed the filter only to find it flashing red again the next time I tried to use it. I was told by customer service that if it is not used for over 7 days I should remove the filters and store in the refrigerator and in plug the unit. This is very inconvenient and I am totally disappointed in the system. I want to return it but now it is past the warranty period. I am very frustrated that I am stuck with this system that is very inconvenient!!
