Wow, worth every cent!! Although, I wish I had of chosen an extra night; 3 nights/ 4 days would have been less rushed with less Km's on each day.
Our guide, Lee, was exceptional. Cool, calm and collected. His knowledge of the history and landscapes is extraordinary . Sometimes too much info to absorb.
The "Tourist-hands-on" approach was an added surprise, but helped keep the tight schedule on track.
We went where the buses CANNOT go!! 4WD is the only way to see it close up.
Food and tents were adequate, but don't expect any glamping!
A fast paced 3 days, so don't expect a relaxing tour.
Brilliant, even for the unfit over 60's.
