The first time I purchased from We Are Bound, I was really happy with the speedy shipment and the jumpers, which were gifts for my husband. I did however not receive the tote bag with the purchase but once I contacted them, Jack was really helpful and everything was dealt with efficiently. I have since then, purchased another item.
