“So far I've been really disappointed by the quality and customer service of Bound. I really wanted to enjoy the brand and loved how it came across on socials, but unfortunately expectations did not meet reality. The products were poor quality and didn't look how they appeared on the website. After exchanging the products (as refunds were not possible and I hoped it was a one off experience) the same quality issues were there with my second order. I've gotten in touch asking for support and have had radio silence so far. Really disappointed.”
